Body Back® is a results-based workout designed for moms and ALL women who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or are looking to regain their health and fitness! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder, Lisa Druxman's Body Back clean eating meal plan and targeted workout DVDs, women have a surefire combination for success.
What Does Body Back® Include?
The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help women lose the weight and return to their goal body composition and confidence. Women all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.
Our Body Back program has the following membership and pass options:
- Body Back full session: Includes above-listed components including weekly group workouts, nutrition plan, online coaching, at home DVD's and more!

Our Winter Session begin Tuesday, February 16th. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursdays at Core + More pilates studio in Conshohocken from 5:30 - 6:30 a.m. Learn all about the Body Back program and experience a workout first-hand at our FREE Preview Class date TBD at Core + More. Space is limited!
