Stroller Barre is a new, stroller-based fitness program that fuses Pilates, ballet, yoga, cardio and barre exercises to provide a unique and effective workout for the pre and postnatal mom. Stroller Barre uses exercise resistance tubing, a sponge ball, the stroller and the environment to provide an all over toning and fat burning experience. Just like our fun, Stroller Strides class format, Stroller Barre instructors weave songs, games and activities in to your workout to help keep your child happy and engaged in their stroller. Created by a former, professional ballerina who is also a mom, this class focuses on restoring and strengthening the muscle groups and body structures that are negatively impacted and weakened by pregnancy and motherhood. The results are a longer, leaner-looking mommy!
