Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms, whether you had a baby 6 months or 20 years ago. Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential.
What Does Body Back® Include?
The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help women lose the weight and return to their goal body composition and confidence. Women all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.
Our Spring Session begins Tuesday, April 17th. Classes meet Tuesdays at 5:30am at Core + More pilates studio in Conshohocken, and Thursdays at 5:30am at Institute of Dance Artistry in Lafayette Hill.
