Body Back Transformation starts October 23rd!



Body Back®

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensioty workou and nutrition program designed by and for moms, whether you had a baby 6 months or 20 years ago. Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential.

What Does Body Back® Include?

  • 2 Workouts per week in a small group format consisting of High Intensity Interval Training
  • Body Back Meal Plan and Food Diary
  • Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Accountability in class and online
  • Unlimited access to coach

The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help women lose the weight and return to their goal body composition and confidence. Women all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Our Fall Session begins Monday, October 23rd. Classes meet Mondays at 7:30PM and Wednesdays at 6:30PM at Core + More pilates studio in Conshohocken. Learn all about the Body Back program and experience a workout first-hand at our FREE Preview Class at Athleta KoP on Sunday, September 17th @ 11AM. Space is limited!
