This summer we will have two 4-week "mini" sessions - purely the awesome, HIIT Body Back workouts! Get ready to get strong on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30am.

Body Back® Transformation

Body Back® Transformation is an 8-week, results-based, high-intensity workout and nutrition program designed by and for moms, whether you had a baby 6 months or 20 years ago. Our specially-trained coaches will take you on a journey to reach your fullest potential.

What Does Body Back® Include?

  • 2 Workouts per week in a small group format consisting of High Intensity Interval Training
  • Body Back Meal Plan and Food Diary
  • Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Accountability in class and online
  • Unlimited access to coach

The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help women lose the weight and return to their goal body composition and confidence. Women all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

Our Fall session dates are TBD - check back soon! Classes meet Tuesdays at 5:30am at Core + More pilates studio in Conshohocken, and Thursdays at 5:30am at Institute of Dance Artistry in Lafayette Hill.
