Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute,total body workout incorporates power walking, strength, toning, songs and activities. Taught by certified instructors (who are also moms), it’s a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.
